Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Settings › Your data › Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away. This works the same on iPhone, Android and the web app.

Without the app

Email support@getshredify.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, workouts, food logs, weigh-ins, goals, squads and leaderboard entries, push tokens, and any photos stored in your account. Progress photos kept only on your phone stay on your phone until you delete the app.

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and refund records required for tax and accounting (amount, date, product, store transaction ID) for up to 7 years, not linked to a profile. Reports you filed about other users may be kept for safety for up to 1 year, without your profile.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Web (card) subscriptions are canceled automatically when you delete your account.
