Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" that ANA Enterprises LLC (doing business as Shredify) collects about consumers in Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and other states with similar laws.

1. Consumer health data we collect

  • Body stats: sex, age, height, body weight and weight trend, and any body measurements you enter
  • Fitness data: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, loads, PRs, estimated strength, training frequency, streaks
  • Nutrition data: food and drink logs, meal photos, calories, macros and targets
  • Progress (before/after) photos and proof videos
  • Goals you set (for example, fat loss or muscle gain) and inferences we derive to personalize your plan, such as calorie targets and strength tiers
  • Information you voluntarily put in notes or comments about injuries or health conditions

We don't collect precise location, biometric identifiers (we don't use face or body recognition to identify you), reproductive or sexual health data, or data from health devices (unless you connect them in a future native app).

2. Sources

Directly from you when you use the Service, and from your device when you log activity or upload photos.

3. How we use it

Only to provide the features you request: building your plan, calculating targets, tracking progress, detecting PRs, running leaderboards and challenges (only the stats you choose to show), creating share cards and recaps, keeping the Service safe and secure, and complying with law.

4. Who we share it with

  • Processors that help us run the Service under contracts restricting their use: Supabase, Cloudflare, Google (meal-photo recognition), OpenAI (moderating content you choose to share), Sentry and PostHog (de-identified or limited technical data), as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Other users and partner gyms: only what you choose to make visible (for example, leaderboard stats). Partner gyms never receive your consumer health data. They only see aggregate signup and activity counts, and your board stats if you join their board.
  • Legal: if required by law.

We do not sell consumer health data. We don't share it with third parties (other than processors) without your separate consent.

5. Consent

We ask for your consent before collecting consumer health data (during onboarding, on a dedicated screen) and get separate consent before any sharing that isn't necessary to provide the Service. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings or by emailing privacy@getshredify.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and access it
  • get a list of all third parties and affiliates we've shared it with, with their contact information
  • withdraw consent
  • have your consumer health data deleted (including from our processors' systems and, within the timeframe the law requires, from backups)
  • appeal our response to a request

Make a request in Settings → Privacy, or email privacy@getshredify.com. We'll respond within 45 days (which may be extended by 45 days where the law allows, with notice). To appeal, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov, the Nevada Attorney General or the Connecticut Attorney General.

7. Geofencing

We don't use geofencing around health care facilities or anywhere else.
